Product Application
This machine is used for pouring high elasticity PU sealing strip for doorplate or lampshade seal groove in civil transportation and industrial or military switchboard; the sealing strip can prevent gas or liquid from penetration and damaging machine parts.
Features
1.The main performance of this machine has reached the advanced level of same line of imported equipment, and with features such as full automation, reliable performance, convenient operation and maintenance.
2.This machine can pour sealing strip with different shape on a plate or groove to meet the requirement, its thin self-skinned surface id smooth and elastic, its Shaw hardness id A10~20. In order to pour sealing strip reliably, the machine had equipped with a precise mini pouring system with features of fine adjustment and reliable pouring.
3.The auto serve motor drive system equipped with LCD computer control automatically the pouring process to meet the shape required by customer.

Structure characters
Tank:: three-layer stainless steel sealed tank with blend unit and auto constant temperature controller, also equipped with auto feeder and liquid level dispel & control system.
Pump: high precision and low speed measuring pump, precise transmission and digital display unit, also equipped with cooling and material temperature auto control system.
Head: automatic three-process switching (pouring, backflow and cleaning ), no process in advance or delay, the pouring head can move pneumatically to carry out cleaning process automatically after pouring. Also equipped with auto stop-material control system.
Robot: full-auto 3D robot control the pouring head running with high speed, and pour automatically seal strip with rectangle or other special shape.
Control: the temperature, pressure and pouring volume can be displayed automatically. The workbench can move automatically according to the setting value in computer |
