Main Composition of Equipment
Bucket:Stainless-seal tank of three-layer structure with stirring and automa-ticconstant temperature-preservation functions.
Pump:Slow-speed,high-accurate flow-control pump with precise actuating anddisplay devices.
Nozzle:Featuring automatic three position-switching,which includes pouring,fl-owinversing and flushing,without any advancing or lagging. The nozzle pneumatically dislocates after the pouring work and then the automatic f-lushing course starts through program control.
Workbench:The die set is positioned on the self-govemed all-around workbench ,afterwards. round or square aeal packs or sdal pack with special figure would be automatically poured.
Control:The temperature,pressure and the extent of pouring would all be diapl-ayes digitally.
